We’re known for our Boerewors
We know our quality is second to none.
We mainly use one cut of beef, called Brisket, to make our Boerewors. It is processed and ground with spices and a sauce. Then it is stuffed into a delicate, natural sheep intestine.
Generally, butchers process all cuts of a cow and grind those cuts to make their sausage, this is against our principles. That’s why there are no meat cuts (trimmings) or other cuts in our Boerewors. Our Boerewors contains only Omega 3-rich beef fat and pork back bacon.
