Our Famous Boerewors
We use predominantly a single premium cut of beef – brisket – which is carefully processed and blended with a unique selection of spices before being filled into delicate, natural sheep casings. Unlike many butchers who use a mix of trimmings and cuts, our Boerewors contains no fillers or mixed meats – only Omega-3-rich beef fat and pork back fat for superior texture and flavour.
The result is a soft, juicy, and consistently delicious Boerewors that’s become a favourite on braais across the country.
Our “New” Pork Sausage
Through dedicated research and countless trials, we’ve perfected what we proudly call Joey’s Pork Sausage – a blend of top-quality pork shoulder, pork back bacon, and a signature spice mix, prepared using natural and traditional techniques.
The result is a sausage with a soft, fluffy texture, crisp finish, and juicy, balanced flavour that’s not overpowered by spice. This versatility makes it perfect for breakfast, lunch, or the braai.
Our Cheese Griller
The sausage is made from a blend of beef brisket, pork shoulder, and cheddar cheese, mixed with spices and filled in natural sheep casings without any fillers. The sausages are then gently steam-cooked, cooled, and packaged to lock in freshness.
The result is a ready-to-eat, premium-quality sausage that can be simply warmed and enjoyed with any meal, or savoured on its own.
